 Customer Service Representative
- Conduct walk-in sales transactions.
- Prepare sales tickets.
- Advise customers on products and supplies that are available.
- Working knowledge of light bulbs, ballasts,
fixtures, and fixture parts helpful but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide customers with
exceptional customer service.
- Provide support for outside sales staff.
- Ability to work as a team with all associates and
departments.
Inside Sales
- Process inbound telephone sales transactions.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with commercial
customers through phone contact
and direct mail.
- Prepare sales tickets.
- Provide support for counter sales and outside sales staff.
- Prepare proposals and advise customers on lighting products
and supplies offered.
- Advise customers on products and supplies that are available.
- Working knowledge of light bulbs, ballasts, fixtures and
fixture parts required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide customers with
exceptional customer service.
- Be able to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to work as a team with all associates and
departments.
Outside
Sales
- Develop and maintain customer
relationships through visits to client job sites and corporate
offices.
- Prepare sales tickets
- Prepare proposals and advise customers
on lighting products and supplies offered by All States
Lighting.
- Working knowledge of light bulbs, ballasts, fixtures and
fixture parts required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide customers with
exceptional customer service.
- Be able to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to work as a team with all associates and
departments.
Clerical
- Perform general filing.
- Operate basic office equipment (fax machine, postage machine,
copy machine, etc.)
- Provide assistance to accounts payable, accounts receivable
and other departments.
- Be able to work independently and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide customers with
exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work as a team with all associates and
departments.
Delivery
Driver
- Load light bulbs,
ballasts, fixtures and fixture parts onto company
truck.
- Deliver materials
to customer sites.
- Ensure goods are
transported safely and accurately.
- Record and
obtain receipts of materials.
- Valid and current
Florida drivers license.
- Clean driving
record required.
- Familiarity with
Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties preferred.
- Ability to life up
to 70 lbs.
- Be able to work
independently and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate
effectively and provide customers with exceptional customer
service.
- Ability to work as a
team with all associates and
departments.
Warehouse
- Proper storage of all goods.
- Pull material for delivery and load
material onto company trucks.
- Perform other duties as
assigned.
- Valid and current Florida drivers
license.
- Clean driving record required.
- Familiarity with Orange, Seminole and
Osceola counties preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Be able to work independently and
efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and
provide customers with exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work as a team with
all associates and departments.
